1. Introduction

By accessing, booking or using the services offered by Suri Travel Cusco, the client expressly agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

These govern the contractual relationship between the agency and the client regarding the tourism services contracted.

2. Services Offered

Suri Travel Cusco provides travel and tourism services, including tours, transport, accommodation, cultural experiences and adventure activities.

All services are subject to availability and to the terms and conditions established by our partner suppliers.

3. Reservations

• To confirm a reservation, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total service value is required.

• The remaining balance (50%) must be paid no later than 24 hours before the start of the tour or programme.

• Reservation confirmation will be sent by email together with the corresponding documents or vouchers.

4. Modifications

• Any request to modify dates or services must be submitted in writing to our official email: info@suritravelcusco.com

• Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional costs determined by the suppliers.

• Suri Travel Cusco does not guarantee changes if they are requested less than 30 days prior to the start of the service.

5. Liability

Suri Travel Cusco acts as an intermediary between travellers and tourism service providers (hotels, operators, airlines, transport companies, etc.) and is not responsible for:

• Accidents, losses, damages, illnesses or delays caused by third parties or by force majeure circumstances (weather conditions, strikes, roadblocks, protests, etc.).

• Changes to itineraries or services due to safety reasons or circumstances beyond the company’s control.

• Loss or damage to luggage, personal belongings or travel documents.

The client acknowledges and accepts that participation in the contracted activities is voluntary and releases Suri Travel Cusco from any liability arising from the inherent risks of such activities.

6. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.

• Comply with local, environmental and cultural regulations during tours.

• Follow the instructions of the guide or agency representative for personal and group safety.

• Hold valid travel insurance covering accidents, medical emergencies, luggage loss or cancellations.

7. Documentation

It is the client’s responsibility to carry a valid identity document or passport and to comply with the immigration and health requirements of the destination.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Suri Travel Cusco website (texts, images, logos, videos, designs, etc.) is protected by copyright law.

Total or partial reproduction without prior authorisation is strictly prohibited.
